KANO HOLDS TOURNAMENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO PROVIDES CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENT YEAR LONG. OUR TOURNAMENTS PROVIDE OPPORTUNUTY FOR COMMUNITY BASED TEAMS TO COMPETE, DEVELOP AND HAVE FUN. MOST OFTEN TOURNAMENTS ARWE DESIGNED FOR ELITE LEVEL COMPETITION, HOWEVER THE KANO TOURNAMENTS ARE DESIGNED FOR COMMUNITY LEVEL FOOTBALL. THE TOURNAMENTS ARE INCLUSIVE OF ALL ABILITIES AT COMMUNITY LEVEL FOOTBALL.

FORMELY THE KANO CUP, WE HAVE CHANGED THE NAME in 2022 to the the "Grassroots Cup".

We're very passionate about grassroots football and we want this space occupied for community football for many years ahead. We want grassroots football to be the key driver in player development and standards. We want this to be the best tournament in Australia for player development. Our vision is long-term and national and a change in name will allow the lens to be placed at the grassroots and not at the elite level of football.

Moving to the tournament details...The "Grassroots Cup" will now have 2 brand new artificial all-weather pitches available at The Hills Grammar School. The fields are top-notch! In the past weather has been challenging and space even more so. But no longer!
